• Marketing & Distribution: The Company promotes and distributes books on behalf of authors.

6.2 Agreement with Vendors

Vendors must deliver quality services on time, comply with legal standards, and maintain confidentiality. Non-compliance may result in penalties or termination.

6.3 Agreement with Business Partners

Partnerships are defined by written agreements outlining revenue sharing, deliverables, and termination clauses.

6.4 Non-Compete & Business Restrictions

Authors and partners are prohibited from engaging in unauthorized business dealings with the company's affiliates. Violations will result in termination and possible legal action.

7. Documentation and Agreement Requirement

7.1 Mandatory Execution of Agreements

Before starting any publishing, writing, editing, marketing, or related service, the Author ("Client") must execute and acknowledge:

• A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) ensuring confidentiality of materials and intellectual property.
• A Service Agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
• A Formal Invoice for the chosen service plan and payment schedule.

7.2 Condition Precedent

No service shall commence until the above documents are executed and verified. The Company reserves the right to withhold initiation until completion.

7.3 Record and Acknowledgment

The Client acknowledges that execution of the NDA, Service Agreement, and Invoice forms a legally binding understanding between both parties.

7.4 Non-Compliance

Failure to complete documentation may be deemed a refusal of service, allowing the Company to suspend or cancel the request without liability.
